Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, DecorDaddy ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to more regions soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
We prioritize eco-friendly materials and ethical manufacturing. Many of our wooden pieces are FSC-certified, and we use recycled packaging whenever possible.
